The Application Process

The application process is an intense procedure as we need to make sure that we employ outstanding teachers who can really motivate students (see below for more information about what we expect from applicants). You will be taken through the rigorous stages of your application by our Teacher Training and Recruitment department with Natasha Pascua, Marta Martinez and John Hicks.

The steps are as follows:

• Step 1

Decide you want to live in Spain and teach for Vaughan Systems. Submit your application form, including a cover letter and uploading your C.V. (Remember that you must be able to work legally in Spain by possessing either a European passport or an unrestricted Spanish work visa.) APPLY NOW BY CLICKING HERE

• Step 2

If your C.V. and cover letter are successful, you will then attend an interview in either Madrid, London or Dublin. We can now interview via Skype for those applicants who live far from one of these cities mentioned.

• Step 3

If successful after interview, you will then complete an intense two week training (more information on this given below).

• Step 4

Once you've successfully completed two weeks training, you can then start working for the most prestigious language company in Spain in one of the following locations: Madrid, La Coruña, Santander, Barcelona, Valencia, Cuenca, La Línea, Granada, Tenerife or Seville! * Due to a limit in the number of positions we have on each site, location preferences are taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed.
